TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the CodoHub website at codohub.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. SERVICES

CodoHub provides custom software development, web design, mobile app development, AI automation, and related digital services. Each engagement is governed by a separate project agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These Terms apply to the use of this website; project-specific obligations are set out in individual contracts.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, code, and the overall design — is the property of CodoHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Upon full and final payment, clients receive full ownership of all bespoke deliverables produced under their project agreement. CodoHub retains the right to display and describe the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are non-refundable for completed and approved milestones. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project. CodoHub will not disclose client data, source code, or business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients agree to keep CodoHub’s internal processes, tools, and pricing confidential.

6. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without permission
• Use the Site to transmit malware or harmful code
• Impersonate CodoHub or misrepresent your relationship with us

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodoHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
